Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice
Like a dip in the pool, the zesty Japanese yuzu and sweet vanilla flavours turn our Arabica blend into a refreshing summer experience. Cool citrus meets indulgent pastry notes for a vibrant icy treat. Brew it over a cup full of ice cubes topped up with cold water.
Origin
A smooth, 100% arabica base blend made of naturally sweet beans from Brazil and lively washed beans from Colombia.
Roasting
The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.

| 2 slices | Cucumber |
| 1 | Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice |
| 120 ml | Tonic water |
| 1 bunch | Organic Fresh Mint |
| Optional | Organic Orange Zest |

How to make

01In a Mixology glass , combine 7 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 120ml of tonic water.

02Brew your Vanilla Yuzu coffee into the glass creating a nice layered look.

03Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence.

04Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas.
