Taste Profile: Zesty fresh. Icy cool. Like a dip in the pool. The vibrant flavours of Japanese yuzu and sweet vanilla turn our light-roast blend of Arabicas into a refreshing iced coffee experience. Cool citrus meets indulgent pastry notes for an unforgettable summer treat. Make it cooler. Brew it over a cup full of ice cubes, topped up with cold water.
Origin
This 100% Arabica blend gets its coffee mostly from Ethiopia and Indonesia.
Roasting
The first part of this blend gets a light and short to enhance the delicate notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup.

How to make

01In a Mixology glass (L), combine 7 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 120ml of tonic water.​

02Brew your Vanilla Yuzu coffee into the glass creating a nice layered look.

03Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence.​​

04Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas.
