This recipe is an elegant balance between the bold and flavourful taste of Carafe Pour-Over Style, and a crisp touch of cucumber, basil, and​ lemon for your afternoon refreshment.
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Coconut Flavour Over Ice​
- 2gr (½ teaspoon) Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder​
- 10ml Lavender Syrup​​
- 3x Ice Cubes​
- 120ml Milk​
- Blueberries
STEP BY STEP
- Pour 120 ml milk and add ½ teaspoon of Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
before froth in your Aeroccino - Into a Barista Recipe glass, place 3 ice cubes and add 10ml of
Lavender Syrup - Pour the cold milk and foam over it
- Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavor Over Ice espresso into the glass
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Freddo Intenso
- 50ml Soy plant based milk​​
- 30ml Hot water​​​
- 4x Ice cubes​
- 10gr Honey​
- 1gr Matcha powder​
- Mint leaves
STEP BY STEP
- In a separate glass or mixing bowl, add 10 gr of honey,
30 ml of hot water and 1 gr of Matcha powder.
Stir vigorously until evenly combined. - Into a Recipe glass, add the matcha mixture, 4 ice cubes
(30g each), and a branch of fresh mint. - Pour in 90ml of Soy milk into the Barista Recipe glass.
- Extract 40ml of Freddo Intenso into the glass and pour on the top.​
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Freddo Delicato
- 50ml Orange juice​​
- 90ml Sparkling water​
- 1x Sage branch
- 4x Ice cubes​
STEP BY STEP
- Put 3 ice cubes into a Barista recipe glass. Pour in 50 ml of
orange juice, 90ml of sparkling water and stir gently. - Slap and add a little branch of sage.​
- Extract 40 ml of Barista Creations Freddo Delicato into a
Barista Shaker, add 1 ice cube. Close the lid and shake vigorously.​ - Pour the ice coffee over it, into the Recipe glass.
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Barista Creations Freddo Intenso​​
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream​
- 1x Ice Cubes​
STEP BY STEP
- Into a Small Barista Recipe glass put 2 scoops of Vanilla ice cream
and 1 ice cube. - Brew 40ml of Barista Creations Freddo Intenso espresso and
pour over it.
INGREDIENTS
- 535ml Carafe Pour-Over Style
- 3x Ice cubes​​​
- Fresh cucumber​
- Fresh lemon slice
- Fresh basil​
STEP BY STEP
- Into a Carafe glass, place 3 ice cubes.
- Add a big slice of fresh cucumber, a slice of non-treated lemon,
and 3 basil leaves. - Extract 535ml Carafe Pour-Over Style over it​.
- Stir gently then wait a few minutes while the ingredients infuse.
