By confirming this registration you understand that the information provided is collected and processed by PT. Kanmo Gaya Abadi (“Nespresso”) for the management of your invitation to Nespresso’s events and marketing purposes. This information will only be collected and processed with your consent.

The data (including videos and photographs) may be transmitted to our service providers for the purpose of marketing management and customer relations.

COFFEE MASTERCLASS
Registrations for the Coffee Masterclass are on a first-come, first-serve basis and subjected to availability. No audio or video recording is allowed during the Coffee Masterclass unless otherwise stated by Nespresso. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Coffee Masterclass by others.

In attending the Coffee Masterclass, participants grant permission to Nespresso and their respective agents acting under their respective permission or authority, to publish and distribute any photograph or video of them taken by Nespresso at the Coffee Masterclass, in any form of media, in any manner Nespresso sees fit to do so, including any reproductions, illustration(s) or other derivative works thereof, in colour or otherwise.

Nespresso reserves the right to amend, revise or update the Coffee Masterclass content, duration and terms and conditions without prior notice. Nespresso shall not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from or relating to the Coffee Masterclass. By participating in the Coffee Masterclass, the participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Nespresso may issue from time to time.

Food Allergy Notice: Please be advised that that the ingredients used at the Coffee Masterclass may contain allergens or may have come into contact with allergens like milk and nuts. Nespresso is unable to make special accommodation and there can be no assurance that the ingredients used at the Coffee Masterclass are allergen-free. It is the participant’s responsibility to take reasonable precautions of any food allergies or food intolerances. Nespresso will not be held responsible for any participants not informing us of food allergies.

Intellectual Property
In attending the Event, you hereby grant permission to Nespresso, its agents and commercial partners, and any party acting under their respective permission or authority (including affiliated businesses and companies in the Nestlé Group (e.g. Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd)), to publish, distribute, and use your names, any queries or comments (testimonial or otherwise) made by you, and any photograph or video of you either submitted by you or taken by Nespresso or any other party at the Event, in any form of media, in any manner Nespresso sees fit to do so, including any reproductions, illustration(s) or other derivative works thereof, in colour or otherwise.

It is understood that the queries, comments, photograph, and/or video (the “Materials”) are the property of the party taking or collecting them at the Event (such as Nespresso, the “Collecting Party”), and the Collecting Party will have the right to freely edit, adapt or modify the Materials.

You are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from the Collecting Party in respect of the creation and use of their image/likeness and/or the Materials.

You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Collecting Party and its agents, employees and officers from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have in connection with the Materials.

You warrant that you have the full power and authority to grant all of the rights conveyed in this clause and hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or other copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. This clause will be binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Event are the property of their respective owners.

Miscellaneous
Nespresso may, at its sole discretion, modify the Event’s terms and conditions or cancel this Event, without prior notice to any person. Nespresso’s decisions on all matters relating to this Event will be final, binding and conclusive on you, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Nespresso is not responsible or liable for advice given, or views expressed, at the Event or any material provided to you.

Participation in the Event is at your sole risk. Nespresso will not be responsible or liable for any incident or accident that happens to you during the Event or while traveling to/from the Event. Nespresso will also not be responsible or liable for damage to or loss of your belongings during the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release and discharge Nespresso (and its respective agents, employees and officers) from any and all liability, including but not limited to, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind, which may be suffered or incurred by you.

Nespresso may expel you from further participation in the Event, should Nespresso, at its sole discretion, deem your behavior inappropriate or offensive to other participants, or to Nespresso’s employees. No compensation will be given to a participant who has been expelled from the Event.
