- 40ml Ispirazione Italiana Milano Intenso
- 4 pcs Ice Cubes
- 20ml Non Treated Fresh Lemon Slice
- 4g Brown Sugar
- 70ml Sparkling Water
- 10ml Cane Syrup
- 6pcs Basil Leaves

Directions
- Extract 40ml of espresso into your View Recipe Glass and add some Ice cube
- Put 4 pieces (20 g) of fresh non treated Lemon, 4g of brown sugar. Muddle it. Add 6 fresh Basil leaves and 10ml of cane syrup.
- Add 3 ice cubes and pour 70ml of sparkling water. Mix it slowly with a spoon. Add a nice piece of fresh basil and fresh lemon peel on the top.
