Iced Ube Lavender Latte

Ingredients
- 1 caps French Lavender Vanilla Decaf (brew at 80 ml)
- 15 ml ube syrup
- 1 tsp ube powder
- 60 + 80 ml cow milk
- 90 g Ice cubes
- Dried lavender buds / coconut flakes (optional)
Accessory
- Aeroccino3 Milk Frother
- Vertuo Gran Lungo glass & Spoon
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
Directions
- In a separate cup, combine 60 ml cow milk and 1 tsp of UBE powder, then use foamer to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 15 ml of UBE syrup and ice cube into glass.
- Pour UBE Milk all over the ice.
- Add 80 ml cow’s milk into the Aeroccino 3, and press the cold milk foam function.
- Gently pour the cold milk into the glass.
- Extract coffee directly over the milk.
- Garnish with lavender buds or coconut flakes. Stir well and enjoy!
