Iced Ube Lavender Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 caps French Lavender Vanilla Decaf (brew at 80 ml)​
  • 15 ml ube syrup
  • 1 tsp ube powder​
  • 60 + 80 ml cow milk​​
  • 90 g Ice cubes
  • Dried lavender buds / coconut flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. In a separate cup, combine 60 ml cow milk and 1 tsp of UBE powder, then use foamer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add 15 ml of UBE syrup and ice cube into glass.
  3. Pour UBE Milk all over the ice.​
  4. Add 80 ml cow’s milk into the Aeroccino 3, and press the cold milk foam function.​
  5. Gently pour the cold milk into the glass.​
  6. Extract coffee directly over the milk.​
  7. Garnish with lavender buds or coconut flakes. Stir well and enjoy!
