About Starter Plan
Nespresso Starter Plan is a coffee machine ownership program to meet every coffee lover's needs. By subscribing to the Nespresso Starter Plan, you will own a Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee machine for only IDR 900,000 (from the original price of IDR 2,999,000) with an additional commitment to 12-month coffee voucher package. The package fee is IDR 400,000/month which will be billed to you monthly and converted into a voucher. The voucher is redeemable for any Nespresso coffee and accessories.
Each month you’ll receive a fixed amount of IDR 400,000 Nespresso voucher that you can use to purchase coffee or accessories at Nespresso stores, website and Mobile App with 3-month validity.
Your monthly voucher will be sent directly to your registered email every 31 days after your signup date, e.g. sign up on September 15th, receive 2nd voucher on October 16th, receive 3rd voucher on November 16th, and so on You can find out your voucher balance via the email we send every month

Yes, you will own the Nespresso coffee machine from day 1 of your Nespresso Starter Plan.
Whether you are new to Nespresso or a long-time Nespresso coffee lover, you can sign up for the Nespresso Starter Plan to enjoy coffee at home. You can only subscribe to the Nespresso Starter Plan once.
At this time the available option is still limited to Essenza Mini, tailored to meet your coffee needs with a one-time machine payment IDR 900,000 and monthly voucher payment IDR 400,000/month.

Yes, your Nespresso coffee machine will come with 2 years warranty.
Each customer is eligible for only one Nespresso Starter Plan per account and household address. This policy also applies after the 12-month Starter Plan cycle ends.
Currently, the Nespresso Starter Plan cannot be combined with other ongoing machine offers.

Your monthly voucher will expire 90 days after it is issued. Any unused voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for other products, or transferred to another person.
Your monthly voucher is linked to your account only and cannot be transferred to another account.
Sign-up for this plan can only be completed in Nespresso stores and must be done in two steps within the same day:
1st step, payment for Essenza Mini Machine (IDR 900,000) with BCA or Mandiri Credit Card
2nd step, payment for 12-month voucher package (IDR 4,800,000) with BCA or Mandiri Credit Card. You will be billed IDR 400,000 in a monthly based up to 12 months
The current methods available are only using BCA or Mandiri Credit Card. Other payment methods are not acceptable.
No cancellations are accepted after the transaction is made.
Unfortunately, each account is only eligible for one Nespresso Starter Plan. Accounts that have already enrolled are not eligible to receive the same benefits again.
