Origin
A smooth, 100% arabica base blend made of naturally sweet beans from Brazil and lively washed beans from Colombia.
Roasting
The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to maintain its smoothness and preserve all of its malted cereal notes. The majority of the Colombian coffee beans undergo a short roast to enhance the release of their finer aromatics.

Iced Pistachio Vanilla Oat Latte
Ingredients
| 5gr | Pistachio Paste |
| 5 | Ice Cubes |
| 150ml | Oat Barista Plant Based Milk |
| 5g | Pistachios |
| 10g | Marshmallows |
| 40ml | Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice |
We’ve used
| 1 | Barista Recipe Glass, Large |
| 1 | Aeroccino |
How to make

01Into a small Glass, stripe with a brush some pistachio paste. Place 5 ice cubes (of 30ml each) at the bottom and add 50ml of Oat (Barista) Milk.

02Into your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of Oat (Barista) Milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.

03Once ready, pour the cold foam into the glass, over the ice, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.

04Extract 40ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.

05Top it off with small marshmallows, use a torch to caramelize it (optional) and sprinkle with some grinded pistachios.
Tips: You can also use 2 big marshmallows on a stick.
