STEP BY STEP
- Into a large Barista Recipe Glass, place 6 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 15ml of Caramel Syrup and then pour in 70ml of 1.5% cold milk.​​
- Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of 1.5% cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
- Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and vanilla syrup.
- Into the glass, extract 80ml of Ice Leggero.
- Slap a branch of fresh thyme to release the aromatics and place it over top of the drink for a soothing and refreshing cold coffee moment.

- Blue pea powder : 1/2 tsp​
- Coconut flavor over ice : 1 capsule

STEP BY STEP
- Into Barista recipe ice glass, place 3 ice cubes, add caramel syrup and then pour 50ml 1.5% cold milk.
- Into your Nespresso Aerocinno, pour 100ml of 1.5% cold milk and 1.2 tsp Blue pea powder. close the lid and froth the milk by pressing the button to cold setting.
- Once ready, pour the blue foam into Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and milk.
- Into the glass, extract 40ml of Coconut over ice over the other ingredients.​
- As a beautiful topping, add a few dried cornflower petals, known as fiordaliso in Italy.

STEP BY STEP
- Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 3 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 10ml of Caramel Syrup, and then pour in 90ml of Barista Almond Milk.
- Cut a small piece of orange zest, rub it between your hands to release the aromas and add it to the glass.
- Extract 40ml of Freddo Intenso into a shaker, add 2 ice cubes (of 30g each), and shake vigorously for 10 seconds until the espresso is light and frothy.​​
- Pour the shaken espresso into the glass, directly over the other ingredients.
- Slap a branch of fresh rosemary to release the aromatics and place it over top of the drink along with another piece or orange zest to capture the essence of vibrant Sicily.
