Roasted Hazelnut Latte Macchiato
Ingredients & Materials
Preparation
1x Infiniment Gourmand (OL)
100ml Milk 1.5% fat
10ml Agave Syrup
10gr Roasted Chopped Hazelnuts
Pour 100 ml of 1.5% fat milk into the Aeroccino4. Close the lid and press the start button.
Pour 10 ml of Agave syrup in a VIEW Recipe glass.
Pour the hot milk foam in the glass, and brew 40ml of Infiniment Gourmand on the top.
Sprinkle roasted chopped hazelnuts on top.
Enjoy!

Raspberry Rose Mocktail
Ingredients & Materials
Preparation
1x Infiniment Fruite (OL)
5 Ice Cubes
10ml Rose Syrup
90ml Sparkling water
3 Fresh Raspberries
Rose Petal
Brew 40 ml of Infiniment Fruite and add one ice cube. Using a shaker, shake vigorously.
Place 4 ice cubes in a VIEW Recipe glass, add 10 ml of Rose syrup, and pour 90 ml of sparkling water. Stir gently.
Pour the coffee with strainer over it..
Add fresh raspberries on a stick and an edible bio rose petal as a garnish.

Espresso Macchiato Lime & Basil, Facon Crème Brûlée
Ingredients & Materials
Preparation
1x Infiniment Espresso (OL)
30ml Milk 1.5% fat
3gr Brown sugar
2gr Lime peel
1 Fresh Basil
Pour 100 ml of 1.5% fat milk into the Aeroccino4. Close the lid and press the start button.
Brew 40 ml of Infiniment Espresso into a VIEW espresso cup.
With a non-metallic spoon, display some hot milk foam on top of the coffee.
Sprinkle 3 grams of brown sugar over it and use a burner to caramelize it 'façon crème brûlée'.
Grate non-treated fresh lime peel over the foam, and display chiseled/chopped leaves of basil as a garnish.
