Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of World Explorations Vienna Linzio Lungo
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 20 gram raspberry jam
  • 10 gram chocolate sauce

Directions

  1. Pour 250 ml of cream and insert one capsule of whipper charger into the Cream Whipper Siphon (250 ml Siphon) and shake vigorously.
  2. Add 20 g of raspberry jam into a View Gran Lungo Mug.
  3. Extract 110 ml of World Explorations Vienna Lungo over it.
  4. Add the whipped cream on top of the coffee.
  5. Pour some chocolate sauce over the top.
