Ingredients

  • 40ml Freddo Intenso
  • 50ml Soy plant based milk​​
  • 30ml Hot water​​​
  • 4x Ice cubes​
  • 10gr Honey​
  • 1gr Matcha powder​
  • Mint leaves

  • Barista Recipe Glass, Small​

Directions

  1. In a separate glass or mixing bowl, add 10 gr of honey, 30 ml of hot water and 1 gr of Matcha powder. Stir vigorously until evenly combined.
  2. Into a Recipe glass, add the matcha mixture, 4 ice cubes (30g each), and a branch of fresh mint.
  3. Pour in 90ml of Soy milk into the Barista Recipe glass.
  4. Extract 40ml of Freddo Intenso into the glass and pour on the top.​
