1 capsule of Shanghai Lungo
1 green tea bag
1 pinch ginger powder
150 ml 1.5% milK

Directions
Pour 150 ml of 1.5% milk directly into the Aeroccino.
Place a Chinese green tea bag into a View Recipe Glass.
Extract 110 ml of World Explorations Shanghai Lungo over it.
Leave to infuse for 1 min., then remove the tea bag.
Add a pinch of ginger powder.
Pour the hot milk on top and stir well.
