Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of Shanghai Lungo
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 150 ml 1.5% milK

Directions

  1. Pour 150 ml of 1.5% milk directly into the Aeroccino.
  2. Place a Chinese green tea bag into a View Recipe Glass.
  3. Extract 110 ml of World Explorations Shanghai Lungo over it.
  4. Leave to infuse for 1 min., then remove the tea bag.
  5. Add a pinch of ginger powder.
  6. Pour the hot milk on top and stir well.
