Ingredients

  • 40ml Coconut Flavour Over Ice​
  • 2gr (½ teaspoon) Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder​
  • 10ml Lavender Syrup​​
  • 3x Ice Cubes​
  • 120ml Milk​
  • Blueberries

Accessory

  • Barista Recipe Glass, Small​
  • Aeroccino3/Aeroccino4 Milk Frother
  • Barista Ice Cube Tray

Directions

  1. Pour 120 ml milk and add ½ teaspoon of Blue Butterfly Pea Powder before froth in your Aeroccino
  2. Into a Barista Recipe glass, place 3 ice cubes and add 10ml of Lavender Syrup
  3. Pour the cold milk and foam over it
  4. Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavor Over Ice espresso into the glass
