Ingredients
- 40ml Coconut Flavour Over Ice
- 2gr (½ teaspoon) Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder
- 10ml Lavender Syrup
- 3x Ice Cubes
- 120ml Milk
- Blueberries
Accessory
- Barista Recipe Glass, Small
- Aeroccino3/Aeroccino4 Milk Frother
- Barista Ice Cube Tray
Directions
- Pour 120 ml milk and add ½ teaspoon of Blue Butterfly Pea Powder before froth in your Aeroccino
- Into a Barista Recipe glass, place 3 ice cubes and add 10ml of Lavender Syrup
- Pour the cold milk and foam over it
- Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavor Over Ice espresso into the glass
