Ingredients
- 40ml Freddo Delicato
- 50ml Orange juice
- 90ml Sparkling water
- 1x Sage branch
- 4x Ice cubes
Accessory
- Barista Recipe Glass, Small
- Barista Ice Cube Tray
- Barista Shaker
Directions
- Put 3 ice cubes into a Barista recipe glass. Pour in 50 ml of orange juice, 90ml of sparkling water and stir gently.
- Slap and add a little branch of sage.
- Extract 40 ml of Barista Creations Freddo Delicato into a Barista Shaker, add 1 ice cube. Close the lid and shake vigorously.
- Pour the ice coffee over it, into the Recipe glass.
