- 10 gr Fresh Ginger
- 25 ml Coconut Milk
- 50 ml Fresh Milk
- Cinnamon Powder

Directions
- Place palm sugar in a 180 ml lungo cup.
- Smash fresh ginger and add it to the cup.
- Use the Aeroccino device to froth fresh milk and coconut milk together by choosing the hot foam option.​​
- Pour the frothed milk over the ginger and sugar mixture in the cup.
- Brew an espresso shot of Origin INDONESIA directly over the milk.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder for garnish.
