40ml of Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano
4g of White Sugar
100ml of Cold Water
90g of Ice Cubes

Directions

First, add the 3 ice cubes (90g) into the VIEW Recipe glass.
Extract your espresso coffee (40ml) with the coffee machine, pour it on top of the ice and add sugar.
Mix it well and enjoy your coffee.
