Ingredients

  • 1 Vivalto Lungo Decaffeinato
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 70 ml gingerbread syrup (for 1 cream whipper)
  • 1 l cream (for 1 cream whipper)
  • 5 pieces of gingerbread
  • 5 or 6 drops of maple syrup

Directions

  1. Pour the gingerbread syrup and the cream into the cream whipper and inject the two chargers.
  2. Shake well and chill.
  3. Place one teaspoon of honey in the bottom of a lungo cup.
  4. Dispense over the Vivalto Lungo Decaffeinato as an espresso.
  5. Add the whipped cream on the top.
