40 ml Ristretto Italiano / Ristretto Italiano Decaf
50 ml Milk
90 gr Ice Cube
50 ml Cooking Cream
20 ml Dates Syrup
Pistachio Chunk as garnish

Directions
Pour 20ml Dates syrup & 50 ml Cooking Cream into a glass, mix it well & set aside.
Pour 50ml Milk into a glass.
Add 90gr Ice Cube.
Brew Ristretto Italiano as espresso, pour into the glass.
Pour the cream mixture on top of the coffee.
Drizzle with Pistachio chunk as garnish
