Ingredients

  • MASTER ORIGIN Indonesia 40ml
  • Double Espresso Chiaro 40ml
  • 20g dark chocolate, grated (70% cocoa solids)
  • 50ml condensed milk
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • Honey
  • Cocoa powder to dust

Directions

  1. Place the grated chocolate in a saucer
  2. Dip the glass in some honey and then dip the rim in the grated dark chocolate Spoon the rest of the chocolate in the glass
  3. Combine the milks in a small jug and mix
  4. Brew the coffee (40ml) on top of chocolate
  5. Gently pour the milk on top of the coffee
  6. Dust with cocoa powder and serve
