Ingredients
- 1 VL Cinnamon & Tamarind Coffee
- Date syrup (10ml)
- Milk (120ml)
- Cream (500ml)
- 1 Chai tea bag​​
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Cinnamon Powder

- Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine
Directions
- Into a cream whipper siphon, put 500 ml of cream and one capsules of whipper charger. Then shake it vigorously
- Heat up 120 ml of milk with Aeroccino (Hot milk mode)
- Into a vertuo mug, put 10 ml of date Syrup and extract an VL Cinnamon and Candied Tamarind Coffee
- Pour the hot milk into the mug and add whipped cream on top
- Add a cinnamon stick into the cream and sprinkle some cinnamon powder
- Optional: Infuse a bag of chai tea in 70 ml of hot water, cool it down and add it to the siphon with the cream
