Ingredients

  • 1 VL Cinnamon & Tamarind Coffee
  • Date syrup (10ml)
  • Milk (120ml)
  • Cream (500ml)
  • 1 Chai tea bag​​
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Cinnamon Powder

Directions

  1. Into a cream whipper siphon, put 500 ml of cream and one capsules of whipper charger. Then shake it vigorously
  2. Heat up 120 ml of milk with Aeroccino (Hot milk mode)
  3. Into a vertuo mug, put 10 ml of date Syrup and extract an VL Cinnamon and Candied Tamarind Coffee
  4. Pour the hot milk into the mug and add whipped cream on top
  5. Add a cinnamon stick into the cream and sprinkle some cinnamon powder
  6. Optional: Infuse a bag of chai tea in 70 ml of hot water, cool it down and add it to the siphon with the cream
