Directions

  1. Pour soy milk, beetroot juice and cardamom powder directly into the Nespresso Barista recipe maker.
  2. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.
  3. Pour the foam of hot soy milk into the VIEW Cappuccino Glass.
  4. Extract 25ml of Vanilla Éclair over the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle top with pink sugar.
