Ingredients
- 80ml Festive Black Espresso (2 capsules)
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 60ml Cream
- 1x Dry Apricot
- 1x Rosemary branch
- 3x Ice cubes
Accessory
- Barista Recipe Glass, Small
- Barista Ice Cube Tray
- Barista Shaker
Directions
- Brew 2 capsules of Festive Black Espresso (40ml) into a shaker
- Add 15ml of Vanilla Syrup, 60ml of cream, and 3 ice cubes into the shaker. Close it and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
- Pour the recipe into the Recipe glass
- Cut a dry apricot into 3 pieces and place it on a toothpick with a rosemary branch as garnish
