- 25 cl of milk
- 3 cl of crème brulée syrup
- brown sugar

Preparation

- Warm the milk in the Aeroccino or using the steampipe until you get an unctuous foam
- In a tall recipe glass put the crème brulée syrup and add the Kazaar Grand Crus (25ml)
- Stir well, add the milk foam and gently pour the milk on top
- Finally, add another (*Ristretto*) Kazaar Grand Crus (25 ml)
- Decoration: Add the brown sugar homogeneously on the top of the foam and caramelize it with the blowlamp like a real crème brulée

Chiboust Coffee Cream with Chopped Hazelnuts

Ingredients

- Capsules of either Roma or Ristretto Decaffeinato Grand Cru (to produce 320 ml of Espresso coffee)
- Hazelnuts, chopped coarsely
- 100 ml of whipped cream
- 250 ml of coffee flavoured custard

Ingredients for preparing 250 ml of homemade coffee flavoured custard (to be prepared the previous day)
- Capsule of Grand Cru Roma (to produce 40 ml of Espresso coffee)
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 75 g of sugar
- 25 g of flour
- Half a vanilla pod, split length ways

Preparation

Confectioner's Chiboust custard:
- Prepare one capsule of Roma Grand Cru coffee and mix with two-thirds of the milk and half a vanilla pod in a saucepan
- Boil the mixture and set aside to let the vanilla flavor infuse
- Pour the egg yolks and the sugar into a large bowl and beat vigorously
- Add the flour, followed by the rest of the cold milk to avoid lumps from forming
- Remove the vanilla pod, then add the vanilla flavored mixture
- Pour the whole mixture into another saucepan
- Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes while stirring with a whisk
- Leave to cool, then refrigerate till cold
Coffee preperation:
- Add the chopped hazelnuts and whipped cream in coffee custard
- Place a tablespoon of the Chiboust cream at the bottom of each cup or bowl
- Prepare either a Roma or Ristretto Decaffeinato Espresso Grand Cru directly on top of each and serve immediately

Preparation

- Take a chilled tall recipe glass
- Prepare a Master Origin Colombia Grand Cru and pour it with the raspberry puree and the ice cubes in a blender
- Blend the mixture for 2030 seconds to obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Pour the mixture in the tall recipe glass and add some raspberry mixture in the middle
- To decorate the recipe, add some fruits and the mint leaves on the froth

Espresso Macchiato

- Top the Espresso with a little frothed milk
- For a milder taste, add more milk froth
- Sprinkle with chocolate flakes if desired

Choco Macchiato

- 2cl chocolate syrup
- 20 cl of milk
- Chantilly cream

Preparation

- Prepare a Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru in a small container and slowly pour it into the glass so that the coffee doesn't mix with the milk
- Top your recipe with Chantilly cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings
