Ingredients
- 1 Capsule Freddo Delicato
- 3pcs Ice Cubes
- 10 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 150 ml 1.5% Fat Cold Milk
- Thyme for garnish
Accessory
- Aeroccino Milk Frother
- Small Barista Recipe Glass
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
Directions
- Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 3 ice cubes (of 30g each), add 10ml of Vanilla Syrup, and then pour in 50ml of 1.5% cold milk.
- Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of the same cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
- Once ready, pour the cold milk foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice.
- Extract 40ml of Freddo Delicato into the glass, directly over the other ingredients.
- Slap a branch of fresh thyme to release the aromatics and place it over top of the drink for a soothing and refreshing cold coffee moment.
