Directions

1. In a Mixologist glass, add 10 g of chocolate sauce.​ ​
2. In a Barista jug, extract 230 ml of Hazelnut Brownie coffee. Add 40 ml of milk and 10 ml of sugar syrup, then add 3 ice cubes and mix it until cold​. ​
3. Pour and strain the mixture into the glass.​ ​
4. In a Barista jug, put a pinch of Dragon fruit, a 5ml of water and mix it with Foamer, then add 60ml of cream and and mix it until pink.​ ​
5. Top the drink with the pink whipped cream and finish with chocolate financier chips
