Ingredients
- 40 ml Ristretto Italiano / Ristretto Italiano Decaf
- 50 ml Milk
- 90 gr Ice Cube
- 50 ml Cooking Cream
- 20 ml Dates Syrup
- Pistachio Chunk as garnish

- Nespresso Coffee Machine
Directions
- Pour 20ml Dates syrup & 50 ml Cooking Cream into a glass, mix it well & set aside.
- Pour 50ml Milk into a glass.
- Add 90gr Ice Cube.
- Brew Ristretto Italiano as espresso, pour into the glass.
- Pour the cream mixture on top of the coffee.
- Drizzle with Pistachio chunk as garnish
