Origin
This blend combines high-grade Arabica beans from Brazil with a touch of Robusta from Mexico for a well-rounded blend with an added chicory flavor.
Roasting
Arabicas are roasted light and short in the first batch, while a combination of Arabica and Robusta get a slightly longer and darker roast. The Robustas add roundness to the blend.
