1 caps Caffè Florian (brew at 40 ml)
5ml orange syrup​
60ml tonic water
60gr ice cubes
Dried orange

Materials

1 Reveal cold brew glass
Spritzer Veneziano

How to make

  1. 01
    Pour in 5 ml of Orange Syrup into a Vertuo Lungo glass.​​
  2. 02
    Add 60 g of ice cubes into the same glass.​​
  3. 03
    Measure and pour 60 ml of Tonic water over the ice.
  4. 04
    Extract 40 ml of Caffe Florian into the glass.​​
  5. 05
    Decorate with dried orange.​​
  6. 06
    Stir well and enjoy!​

Iced Ube Lavender Latte

Ingredients

1 caps French Lavender Vanilla Decaf (brew at 80 ml)
15ml ube syrup
60 + 80 ml cow milk​
1 tbsp Ube Powder
90gr Ice cubes
Dried lavender buds / coconut flakes (optional)​

Materials

1 Aeroccino 3 Milk Frother
1 Vertuo Gran Lungo glass & Spoon
Iced Ube Lavender Latte

How to make

    In a separate cup, combine 60 ml cow milk and 1 tsp of UBE powder, then use foamer to blend until smooth and creamy.​ ​

    Add 15 ml of UBE syrup and ice cube into glass.​
  3. 03
    Pour UBE Milk all over the ice.​
  4. 04
    Add 80 ml cow’s milk into the Aeroccino 3, and press the cold milk foam function.​

    Gently pour the cold milk into the glass.​
  6. 06
    Extract coffee directly over the milk.​
  7. 07
    Garnish with lavender buds or coconut flakes. Stir well and enjoy!​

White Chocolate Strawberry Iced Latte

1 caps White Chocolate & Strawberry (brew at 80ml)​
100ml MILK
10ml Strawberry Sauce
Ice Cubes
White Chocolate flakes/bits
1pcs Strawberry (optional)​

Materials

1 Aeroccino 3 Milk Frother
1 Barista Recipe glass
White Chocolate Strawberry Iced Latte

How to make

    Prepare 100ml of cold milk froth using the Aeroccino.​
  2. 02
    Add 10ml of strawberry sauce into a Recipe glass.​
  3. 03
    Add 90g of ice cubes into the same glass.​
  4. 04
    Once the milk is ready, pour it into the glass and extract 80ml of White Chocolate Strawberry over the milk.​
  5. 05
    Garnish with white chocolate bits.​
  6. 06
    Optional: Add a fresh strawberry to the rim.​
