Nespresso’s REVIVING ORIGINS program has been working with local farmers in Eastern Zimbabwe to provide training and resources they need to improve the quality and yield of their coffee crops. This collaboration has been instrumental in restoring the spirit of the local coffee community and reviving a flowery espresso, once nearly lost for good.

Tamuka mu Zimbabwe is roasted using the split roast technique. The first split is light and short to bring out the sweetness in the coffee. The second split is a dark and long roast which balances out the taste and aromas and gives the coffee its smoothness.
