  • Forest Black (40ml)
  • 5ml Maple syrup
  • 120ml Whipping cream
  • 5g Chaga mushroom powder
  • 1g Dill
  • 1 x Button mushroom

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Add 5g Chaga mushroom powder and 120 ml whipping cream into Barista device (Select cold froth for Aeroccino).

  • Step 2

    In a View Lungo cup, put 5ml of maple syrup.

  • Step 3

    Then extract 40ml of Forest Black Coffee.

  • Step 4

    Add whipped cream mix on the top of the coffee.

  • Step 5

    To finish, put a shaved button mushroom or chestnut mushroom on top. And sprinkle some fresh dill over it.

ROASTING
This blend is roasted using the split-roast technique (50/50). The first split is slight lighter and longer than the second, which balances it out with a darker roast. The result is a balanced, medium dark blend.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Woody, peppery spice, and sweet cereal notes abound; a delicate acidity shimmering through as subtly as sunlight filtering through canopy leaves.
