Celebrate our limited edition festive coffees inspired by nature
The forest has inspired this year’s Limited Edition festive coffees. A collection that combines a variety of coffee profiles from a spicy espresso with woody notes in Forest Black, to juicy berry
and festive sweet pastry notes in Forest Fruit Flavour, and almond notes marked by vanilla and a light fruitiness in Forest Almond Flavour. Each coffee comes as a gift from the forest to delight you this festive season.
This Holiday season, Nespresso is collaborating with Colombian fashion designer Johanna Ortiz, to enchant coffee lovers with the launch of a brand-new Festive collection, inspired by the
forest.
Johanna is taking you through a table styling experience to reconcile sustainability and luxury good, sharing her personal tips for an elegant, sophisticated and premium festive table setting.
“ For me, design and nature go hand in hand which is why this collaboration resonated personally. Colombian coffee also has a truly special place in my heart. (…) When designing the collection, I took the idea of capturing the beauty of the forest throughout every piece, by incorporating rich forest canopies and dark earthy tones within my designs.”
STEPPING UP
Nespresso is proud to be partnering with Conservation International to gift back to the forest this Festive season. Stepping beyond coffee farming to support communities that call the forest home, Nespresso is contributing to the protection of 10 million trees in the Amazon Forest in La Pedrera, Colombia - where Conservation International and the Madroño community work on preserving the area’s forests.
TO NEW HORIZONS
Partners like PUR Projet and Technoserve have helped Nespresso and local coffee farming communities to understand the gifts of the forest, through agroforestry. Agroforestry is an agricultural practice in which trees are grown around or among crops, for soil protection, water replenishment, windbreak, temperature regulation, and additional income - so that not only your coffee, but also the surrounding ecosystems can benefit from the gifts of the forest.

For nearly 20 years, the Rainforest Alliance has worked with Nespresso to help secure the stable, long-term supply of sustainably-sourced high-quality coffee, whilst protecting the natural environment and supporting the wellbeing of farmers and communities; through training on farm management for increased productivity and improved harvest quality; and by helping build resilience to climate change through climate-smart agricultural practices.

THE FORAGER

Ingredients
- 1 capsule of Forest Black
- 5ml of Maple Syrup
- 250ml of Cream
- 5g Chaga Mushroom Powder
- 50ml Boiling water
- 1g Dill
- 1x Button Mushroom
Materials
- View Lungo Cup
- Whipped Cream Syphon
How to make this recipe?

Step 1
Into a cream whipper siphon (250ML Siphon) , put 5g of Chaga mushroom powder, 50ml of boiling water, mix it, and let it infused for 10min. -
Step 2
Then add 250ml of cream and one capsule* of whipper charger. Then shake it vigorously. -
Step 3
In a View Lungo cup, put 5ml of maple syrup. -
Step 4
Then extract a 40ml of Forest Black Coffee. -
Step 5
Add whipped cream on the top of the coffee. -
Step 6
To finish , put a shaved Button mushroom or chestnut mushroom on top. And sprinkle some fresh dill over it.
FOREST SPRITZ
Ingredients
- 1 capsule of Forest Fruit Flavour
- 4x ice cubes (30g each)
- 10ml sugar cane syrup
- 1x laurel leaf
- 120ml sparkling water
- 5g lemon grass
- Forest berries for decoration
Materials
- Reveal Cold Recipe Glass
- Cocktail Strainer
How to make this recipe?

Step 1
In little jug, muddle 3gr of fresh lemon grass, and extract 40ml of Festive Forest Fruit Flavour espresso over it. Let infuse it for 3 min. -
Step 2
Into a Reveal Cold Recipe Glass, put 4 Ice Cubes (30g), add 10ml of Sugarcane Syrup, pour 120ml of Sparkling water, stir it and add a Laurel leaf. -
Step 3
Pour the coffee with strainer over it. -
Step 4
Add on some forest berries on a stick and fresh lemongrass branches.
WOODLAND CAPUCCINO
Ingredients
- Forest Almond Flavour (40ml)
- 10g Chestnut Cream
- 100ml 1.5% Fat Milk
- 5g Shaved & grilled almonds
- 1x Laurel Leaf
Materials
- View Cappuccino Glass
- Aeroccinno
How to make this recipe?

Step 1
Close the lid. Press the button to make milk froth for Cappuccino -
Step 2
Put 10 g of chestnut cream in the bottom of a View Cappuccino cup and pour the milk foam over it. -
Step 3
Extract 40ml of Festive Forest Almond Flavour espresso on top of it . -
Step 4
Add shaved almond s on the milk foam and top it off with a Laurel leaf.
