EXOTIC COCONUT FLAVOUR MACCHIATO OVER ICE

Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of Coconut flavour over Ice, Espresso (40 ml)
  • 90 g ice cubes
  • 10 ml of Saffron Syrup
  • 100 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • Lime peel
  • Dash of desiccated coconut

Materials

  • View Recipe Glass, 350ml
  • Shaker
  • Nespresso coffee machine

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Pour 100 ml of milk 1.5% fat into a shaker. Seal it and shake it vigorously.
  • Step 2

    Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass and add 10 ml of Saffron Syrup and a lime peel.
  • Step 3

    Pour the cold milk foam into the glass and mix.
  • Step 4

    Extract 40 ml of BARISTA CREATIONS COCONUT FLAVOUR OVER ICE espresso into the glass.
  • Step 5

    Garnish with desiccated coconut.

Chiara's Signature Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 capsule of Freddo Intenso
  • 1 tsp. pink-colored sugar
  • 3 oz. coconut milk
  • 4 Nespresso ice cubes
  • 3 oz. coconut water
  • Light pink cotton candy or pink marshmallows

Materials

  • 1 View mug
  • Barista machine

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Spoon sugar into glass. Add coconut milk and stir to combine.
  • Step 2

    Add brewed shot, coconut water and one ice cube to Barista device. Select the “Iced Nitro” function.
  • Step 3

    Add 3 Nespresso ice cubes to glass.
  • Step 4

    Pour Iced Nitro coffee into glass. Top with cotton candy or marshmallows

FREDDO INTENSO TIKI SPARKLE

  • 1 capsule of Freddo Intenso, Espresso (40 ml)
  • 150 g ice cubes
  • 90 ml ginger beer or lemon soda
  • 10 ml Tiki Syrup
  • 1 fresh lime slice
  • 4/5 basil leaves
  • Optional: fresh ginger, lime peel

Materials

  • View recipe glass, 350 ml
  • Shaker
  • Nespresso coffee machine

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Place 1 ice cube (30 g) into a shaker. Extract 40 ml of BARISTA CREATIONS FREDDO INTENSO espresso over the ice. Stir and then seal before shaking vigorously.
  • Step 2

    Place 4 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass. Add 10ml of Tiki Syrup and squeeze in the juice of 1 fresh lime slice.
  • Step 3

    Slap 4-5 basil leaves in your hand and add them to the glass. Pour in 90 ml of ginger beer soda or lemon soda.
  • Step 4

    Pour in the cold coffee.
  • Step 5

    Garnish with fresh ginger slices, lime peel, and a basil leaf.

PROVENÇAL FREDDO DELICATO LEMONADE

  • 1 capsule of Freddo Delicato, Espresso (40 ml)
  • 150 g ice cubes
  • 100 ml sparkling water
  • 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 fresh lemon slice
  • Optional: sprig of fresh lavender

Materials

  • View recipe glass, 350 ml
  • Shaker
  • Nespresso coffee machine

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Extract 40 ml of BARISTA CREATIONS FREDDO DELICATO espresso over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender.
  • Step 2

    Let it infuse for 2 min. before straining it into a shaker and adding 1 ice cube (30 g).
  • Step 3

    Slap 4-5 basil leaves in your hand and add them to the glass. Pour in 90 ml of ginger beer soda or lemon soda.
  • Step 4

    Pour in the cold coffee.
  • Step 5

    Garnish with fresh ginger slices, lime peel, and a basil leaf.
